By using DayNook you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

DayNook is a family organiser app. You must be 13 or older to use the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you add to DayNook. We store your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

DayNook Premium is a 6-month auto-renewing subscription with a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies — to request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; any change takes effect from your next billing period after notice is provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

DayNook is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
